The tin size for Delia's quiche

Please may I ask what size sponge/cake tin you recommend for quiche and what depth as well? Thank you from Canada.

Hello,
We make quiche in various tins but our last one was in an 18cm by 4.5cm but the same recipe can be increases by 1.5 times and will go in a 20 cm tin.
