The tin for Preserved Ginger Cake

hi,
I would love to make the preserved ginger cake with lemon icing in delia’s how to cook book two but can’t seem to find the right size tin (6 x 10 x 1 inches) anywhere online.
I don’t live in the UK so need an online stockist. Can you advise where I might be able to buy that size, or how the recipe can be adjusted to fit another size oblong tin?
Any suggestions would be great! Thank-you.
Hello,
The tin we use has a liquid capacity is 1.75L, so if you use a tin with a similar depth and the same liquid capacity the recipe will work.
