

Hello Lindsey. I read somewhere that Delia uses sausagemeat for sausage rolls with 14% fat pork flavoured with corriander and ginger which I assumed was a Waitrose product - not so. Where can I source these sausages or can you suggest the quantities for the flavourings so I could add my own.

Lean pork 700g
Pork Fat 120g
Bread crumb 150g
Diced Onion 150g
Dried sage 40g
Salt 16g
White Pepper 3g
Coriander 1g
Ginger 1g
Black Pepper 1g
Yes, Delia had Beau before Freddie.
