The gelatine in cheese terrine

I asked the other day about a conversion from powdered gelatine to leaf for Delia’s 4 cheese terrine. The reply gave information for a completely different recipe. Please advise for the recipe on page 94 of Delia’s Christmas book. If you can do this ASAP I would be grateful as I have to make it today.

Hello Joy,
The amount if leaf gelatine needed to replace the 11g of powdered gelatine in the Christmas Book version is the same as the amount needed to replace 11g of powdered gelatine in the online version.
I thought you would find the link useful as it explains what to do with the 5 leaves of gelatine.
