The eggs in Delia's Christmas Cakes

Hello Tina M,

For the Classic Christmas Cake we use 4 large eggs but you can use 5 medium eggs instead.

For the Creole we use 5 large eggs but you could use 6 – 7 medium eggs instead. (I.e. use 7 if they’re on the smaller side).
