I have tried, yet again, to make white bread, but the dough will NOT rise. I have followed Delia's recipe to the letter, so no mistakes there. Could it have something to do with the yeast I am using (Just bought it from supermarket and still within sell by date) Lowans Instant Dried yeast / Premium Bakers yeast? I tried putting the dough in the oven when it was the second proving at extremely low but no diffierence. I just cannot get the dough to rise. Please help!!
