The dish for Spiced Bread Pudding

Hello,

I have had a good look and the actual dish that was doesn’t seem to be available anywhere.

The top of the dish is about 25cm by 20cm and the capacity is 1.2 L,

You may have a dish at home that has a similar capacity i.e. 1.2 – 1.5 L that you could use.

You could use any shape dish that is about that capacity, that has a depth of 4.5 – 5cm

Or Pyrex make a roasting dish that is 26 by 17cm with a 1.3L capacity which is reasonably priced and seems to be very near the original dish size, but I haven’t tried it.
