The 20cm sponge tin

Another question please Lindsey while I'm still logged in (had trouble logging in recently)

I'm going to purchase the 20 cm tin for the ginger shortbreasd while the offer's still on, but does Delia use this tin for other recipes?

Hello again,

Yes, we use it for semolina shortbread, strawberry and cream sponge, and if you have the pair for larger sponge cakes such as the classic sponge cake with passion fruit. We also use it for larger quiches and tarts like deep lemon tart.
