

Just wanted to send a thank you. My damsons are ripe early this year. I couldn't find my damson jam recipe. It's really important to me as I know Delia's recipe keeps a little tartness, rather than being over sweet like the WI recipe. I had a glut one year and made a batch of each, Delia's was far superior. Looked everywhere in my online recipe folder. Panicked. Hunted in google. Panicked again. Hunted everywhere. Panicked some more. Went back to the place I first looked, my Delia's complete cookery course book. There it was, of course. I'd just missed it in my excitement. Phew, panic over. Thank you.
