It would be really helpful if notes could be added at tail end of each recipe -
freezer friendly / steps to prep in advance / storage etc.

Yes, that would be lovely but we have nearly 2000 recipes here online so that would be an enormous task that is just not currently possible.
The meringue of the meringue cake will keep well in an airtight container for a few days or in the freezer for a few months.
Once filled it can be kept in the fridge for a couple of hours. As the cream is wet ,the longer you leave it the softer the meringue will become.
