I have made Delia's Christmas pudding from “Complete Cookery Course” book. I have made quarter of recipe, weighing 1.5 lb. I have cooked it for half the time, 4 hours and am now thinking I should have cooked it for 8? It has gone cold but should I now cook it for another 4 hours? Then how long should I cook it for on Christmas Day?
