Special Occasion Picnic suggestions...

Good morning Lindsey. I have booked a covid carriage on a steam train for a very special 80th birthday and as the facilities are reduced I want to take along a simple picnic. We start our journey at 1.30 pm and I would like your suggestions for a simple picnic or afternoon tea style picnic to make the event special. I've trawled Delia's recipies and there's too much choice! Help.
