Soufflé dish specifications

Hi Lesley
I want the right Souffle dish to do the potato, leek and cheese soufflé
I know the size of the dish is 14cm by 6 cm high but when I look on line it gives me the cl equivalent
Can you assist me please

The souffle dish we use is precisely… 68mm high, 138mm base, 150mm across the top and has a capacity of 750ml (75cl) up to the rim but will take 800cl right to the brim.

We sourced these back in 2013 so the codes or products may be obsolete by now but they were…

I don’t think either will be easy to find, but you could make this recipe in deep ramekins or any deep sided ovenproof dish that has the equivalent capacity.
