I've been using Delia's books for many years and was very pleasantly surprised to discover this website. (I'm now an ex-pat.)
May I make some suggestions and ask two questions from my very limited experience of the website?
1) The recipe for parsnip bread lists salt in the ingredients but doesn't mention it in the method (I looked 10 times)
2) go international! I don't just mean a multilingual website (of course the best of British should be accessible around the world) but also, for example, the Silverwood baking equipment. It is available on Amazon (at quite extortionate prices) in other countries, but one is left with the feeling that this is an afterthought and motivated only by Silverwood.
My questions are:
1) Self-raising flour is normal in the UK but not widely known elsewhere. Would it be possible on the "ingredient/flour" page to explain how much baking powder should be added to each type of flour to make it 'self-raising'?
2) How do I change my username - I mistyped when I registered?
Thank you and keep up the good work!
Mike

Hello again,
To change your user name you need to log in, go to your Account and you will see the User name field at the top, then just change and save.
For info… Silverwood not sell directly themselves on Amazon but the do sell via their own website.
They do a lot of business in Germany so maybe they’ll be able to ship to you…
