Slow cooked turkey

Hi there,
I want to slow roast my 10lb Turkey but don’t have an aga. I have a normal electric oven with the option to turn off the fan. I’m an organist so am away from the kitchen on Christmas morning so slow roasting would work better for me.
Have you got any tips? Thanks!
