Just made Delia's green tomato chutney didn't get to pot it straight away and it was cool when I potted it wonder if it will be ok or should I reheat and repot. Thanks Beebs

I would love to be able to reassure you, but the truth is it might be ok but there’s no guarantee.
As chutney is best left for a few months before eating, I would slowly bring it up to the boil and pot in freshly sterilized jars.
