Asked on 27 Feb 2018 by KEITH2
Hello Lindsey
I would like to make Delia's recipe for Coffee Cappuccino Creams. Can I make it with Leaf Gelatine and if so could you give me the instructions please. Thank You.
Kind Regards

Hello Keith,
Leaf gelatine varies so it’s best to check the packet and use as much as needed to set 1 pint (usually 4 leaves).
Soak the leaf gelatine in a bowl of cold water.
Then I would squeeze the gelatine and add it to 150ml of freshly boiled water and whisk this mixture into the custard after the coffee has dissolved.
A good wok is a kitchen staple and a must for every home cook so we're giving you the chance to win a Samuel Groves Classic Non-Stick Wok worth £170 from the Tri-Ply Collection.
