Sausage rolls with bought puff pastry

I would like to make Etty's sausage rolls but using shop-bought flaky pastry. Could you tell me the equivalent amount that I will need? And how thick/thin it should be rolled?
I would use 200g of bought 'all butter' puff pastry (for 12) and roll out to the given measurements in the recipe.
