I realy like your lessons and how respectfully you treat the food. But I am surprised how much salt, sugar, butter and other fats are being used in the recipies. Is this not bad for your health?

Hello,
We hope that the cookery school helps and encourage beginners who want to cook at home. Sensible portion size is very important, and foods that are very high in fat and sugar should only be eaten occasionally.
With regards to salt, when you cook from scratch you can monitor very carefully your salt intake oe omit it altogether if you’ve like to, or have been advised to do so.
