Hi Lindsay, could you give me the amount of rice for old fashioned rice pudding in grms or ozs instead of ml I made this but it was so thick and stuck to bottom of the dish Doris

Hello Doris,
You need a surprisingly small about of rice to liquid in rice pudding as it absorbs so much liquid.
We show it in the cookery school if you’d like to have a look.
Lesson 2. Medium and Short-grain Rice
Delia always measures rice by volume but I did check and 175mls of rice weighs 175g.
