Replacing the alcohol in truffle torte

Delia s chocolate truffle torte - can you leave out the rum or substitute something non-alcoholic please?

Hello,

Five tablespoons in Delia’s recipes is 100mls so that’s too much to leave out, but you can replace it with orange juice, grape juice, prune juice or water.
