Re Steamed Panettone Pudding with Eliza Acton's Hot Punch Sauce
I have made this in one large bowl and frozen it after steaming it as per the recipe. Can I reheat it in the microwave and if yes for how long and on what power? If I need to steam if, for how long should I steam it?

Hello,
We wouldn’t heat it in the microwave, unless it was the leftovers.
We would defrost overnight in the fridge and then steam it for an hour to heat through.
