Reheating Souffléd Arbroath Smokie Creams

Delia’s Arbroath smokie creams recipe. If cooking from frozen do you need to cook them in the same way as you did the first time round. I.e. in the roasting tin with water or just put the ramekins in the oven on the oven shelf on their own? Also do they need 30 mins. at 160c fan if cooking from frozen?
Cook them as per the recipe. Keep them in their ramekins, cool, cover and freeze.
Unwrap and reheat from frozen in a roasting tin with 2.5cm of boiling water. Yes if you’re using a fan oven at 160.
Serve as the recipe.
