Dear Lindsey
I just cooked a fish pie and have been informed that my visitors are now arriving tomorrow and not today. Can I keep it in the fridge and reheat tomorrow? Thank you. Ann

Hello Ann,
That’s a shame.
The fish will be dryer when reheated but it should still taste good.
It’s important the cooked fish pie is cooled as quickly as possible then covered and refrigerated overnight. Then when you reheat it must be until it is piping hot throughout.
Kind regards
Lindsey
Thank you. So glad I don't have to waste all that fish.
