Re-heating Sticky Toffee Puddings after being frozen

Hi
I have asked this question before but can’t find your answer or remember what you said!! I made some little sticky toffee puddings for Xmas that are still in the freezer, I would like to use them this weekend, please can you tell me how to reheat them as soon as is possible.

Hello Pat,
Defrost them for a few hours at room temperature the re-heat under then grill with the sauce as per the recipe.
