Re-heating Puree of Potato with Celeriac with Garlic

If I freeze Purée of potato and celeriac with garlic - how do I reheat it, please?
Xmas - holiday on ice section.

Hello,
I would defrost it overnight in the fridge and then either reheat it in a saucepan over a medium heat, stirring it frequently to prevent it catching. Or you if you have a bit longer you can turn the heat down low and heat it very gently with a lid on the pan and stir now and then.
