About Delia's brownie recipes
Hi Lindsay i am going to be making chocolate brownies and of course turned to Delia for a recipe. I cant decide between the recipe in her original book of cakes or the recipe in her updated book. Was just wondering with the big difference in the amount of chocolate in the updated version what difference does this have to the brownie? Is it just the intensity of chocolate flavour or does it give a different texture as well having more chocolate? Thanks in advance!
