Smaller eggs and alternative filling!
1. Austrian Coffee & Walnut cake (as for most cake recipes) ask for large eggs, which I often, as now, don’t have/can’t get. Could I use 4 smallish eggs, or 3 and a half?
2. Nor do I have fromage frais, or yoghurt or Creme fraiche? Could I increase Mascarpone, or use double cream with lemon? Or just wait for next online delivery slot
