Using fat-free yoghurt in curries

Hello Lindsey,
In trying to follow a fat-free, meat-free diet for a couple of months I would like to try Delia's Lentil and Vegetable curry. I use 'spray' for frying, but could you tell me if the recipe will work if I use fat-free or very low fat yoghurt or Skyr. Many thanks.

I haven’t tried it with fat free yoghurt but generally I would say it is more likely to split but you could stabilize it by adding a mixture of 1 teaspoon of cornflour mixed with 1 ½ tablespoons of milk or water.

Hi Lindsey, thanks for the suggestion ref preventing splitting using fat-free yoghurt instead of standard yoghurt - it worked.
