Hi,
How long should a double quantity of Moussaka from a receipy in Delia's Complete Cookery Course take to cook.
Also when reheating what temperature should be used and for how long.
Thank you
Trudy

Hello Trudy,
For the initial cooking of the larger batch of mined lamb I’d allow another 15 minutes.
When assembled, if baking as soon as it’s made, it will probably still only need an hour. From chilled I’d allow an extra 10 minutes.
It’s better to cook from chilled but if you do have to reheat from cooked and chilled it will need 35 – 45 minutes at 180.
A good wok is a kitchen staple and a must for every home cook so we're giving you the chance to win a Samuel Groves Classic Non-Stick Wok worth £170 from the Tri-Ply Collection.
