I making Delia's Dark Seville Orange marmalade and wondered whether I could use a combination of granulated sugar and jam sugar? I've got some jam sugar I'd like to use up thank you.

Hellon Jan,
Jam sugar has added pectin which you shouldn’t need for marmalade. Also, it lasts for ages, so I’d save it for another recipe unless it’s just a couple ounces to make up the weight.
