Marinated Chicken with Honey and Ginger served with Mango and Sultana Salsa. I plan to make this recipe for a lunch with family next Saturday. I will serve with the Saffron roasted potatoes as Delia suggests, but I would like to serve another vegetable or salad. What do you recommend? Also can you recommend a soup and dessert that would be suitable. Thank you. Eileen
