Sweet Chestnut purée
There is no chance for me to buy CRÈME DE MARRONS (SWEETENED CHESTNUT PURÉE for the recipe of ICED CHOCOLATE CHESTNUT CREAMS WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE. I have completely no idea what it is.
I would appreciate that very much if you could advise any other nut butter to substitute it for.
Is it possible to use, say, 100% hazelnut butter to add sugar or something to make a proper version?
