On Christmas tv show yesterday , which turkey did Delia recommend
Which wines were recommend with Christmas dinner and pudding

Hello, 

Sorry I didn’t watch it and we do not have a copy of the script.

However, we cook either Kellys Bronze Turkey or Norfolk Black.

For the wines I expect that too much time has passed since it was filmed so it’s probably best to speak to a wine merchant.

I am going to try to prepare a feast this thanksgiving for my American fiancée. This is the first time I am cooking a turkey and I am vegetarian.
1) please send me Delia's tips for cooking turkey
2) please suggest a festive menu that an American would like
3) how do I cook pumpkin pie and jacketed potatoes?
