I am making the 'How to Cheat' Christmas Pudding and I would like to use the Alan Silverwood 6 inch mould. Would Delia's recipe be sufficient for this size mould or would I need to adjust the quantities? Any tips on using this spherical mould - before packing in the ingredients, during cooking, or after it's cooked and releasing it from the mould?

I have been making Delia's chocolate nut fudge for years but want to make it for everyone this Christmas as gifts and would like to know, for labelling, how long the fudge should last /best before date time please.
I made Delia's recipe for Etty's sausage rolls and cooked some straight away but open froze the rest. When cooking I noticed there was a lot more fat coming out of the frozen rolls.
Do you have any idea why this might be?
Hi, I am going to make Delia's chocolate soufflé cake with prunes, and want to freeze it ready for Christmas Eve. Can you advise best way to defrost the cake and how soon to take it out the freezer to eat it for supper in the evening? Also, I note it says you can freeze the sauce - does that include the creme fraiche, or should you swirl that in at the last moment? Thanks for your help.
