I’m just checking the method details for Baked Vanilla Cheesecake but am a bit confused by the following instructions-
“Pour half the mixture over the biscuit base and place it on the lowest shelf of the oven, then pour in the other half.”
Maybe it’s just me but would you clarify when to pour in “the other half”.

Hello,
As the mixture comes up very high in the tin and its quite sloppy, we put half of the mixture in the tin, then put it into the oven and then top it up with the remaining mixture immediately.
It’s just to avoid the mixture spilling when it gets placed in the oven.
