

I’d like to make your TAPENADE OF SUN-DRIED TOMATOES, OLIVES AND BASIL but as I’m in Spain a the moment the only ingredient I can’t get is the green peppercorns in brine is there a alternative or will it make a big difference to the flavour if I leave them out.
