Hello, last week I made your mincemeat with cranberries, as I do every year. However, this year I used fresh suet from the butcher. Will it keep ok, I’m a bit worried as I usually use Atora and I don’t want to make anyone ill. (I made half the quantity, but kept it in the oven for 3 hours as usual.)
