

I am cooking Delia's beef bourguignonne for friends. Two questions:
I need to double the quantity - is it just a case of doubling the ingredients or only certain ingredients?
Is it ok to prepare it the night before and keep in the fridge? I presume I would then just need to heat it through?

Yes, in this case I would just double all of the ingredients.
Yes, you can make it the day before, cool and store in a covered dish or container in the fridge overnight.
Re-heat gently either covered in the oven or on the stove.
I think it tastes even better when it’s made in advance.
