Hi. I have just made some batches of 4 person Cottage pie to freeze. Approx 1500g. What would be ideal temp and time to reheat? Also the same question for 3000g (8 person)? Many thanks! Toby

Many recipes only give one oven temperature. I have a fan oven. Are the temperatures given for a fan, or do I need to reduce them?

Delia's Light Christmas Cake
This year I'm having a change and making Delia's Light Christmas Cake, rather than the rich traditional fruit cake. I normally keep the rich fruit cake for months and am eating it at Easter, but how long can I keep the light fruit cake for?
I have for several years made Delia’s quick Christmas cake it always tastes good and everyone compliments me on it. However, the cake quite often sinks in the middle - the one I have just taken out of the oven has about a 50 mm section in the middle that has sunk about 25 mm am I doing something obviously wrong. I don’t think that I do anything differently to get a cake that doesn’t sink - but of course I must be. Can you help please?
