Hi Lindsey
I've just made the Seville marmalade but I think I overlooked it so that it's now rubbery when set. Can I reboil it with water and make it more runny or what can you suggest something
Thanks
Dilip

Hello,
You are not going to enjoy it as it is so it’s certainly worth a try. You can put it back in a pan with boiling water (or you could use freshly squeezed orange juice but I would bring that up the boil first too) and gently heat it up until it smooth and reaches simmering point. Test for setting, making sure it’s completely cold on the saucer so you can see the consistency and then pot it in newly sterilized jars.
I hope it works out for you.
Lindsey
