I am making Delia's classic fruitcake for my son's wedding. I would like to make it in a 10 inch cake tin.
I read your answer to a previous question for scaling up the cake to 10 inches regarding adding 7 eggs but there is no reference to the rest of the ingredients. Do you use the 9inch recipe or the 11inch recipe.
I have used this recipe many times before and love it.

Based on this chart you can add the 2 egg (6 inch round) recipe to the 5 egg (9 inch round) recipe.
