. Every January we make some of Delia's delicious Seville orange marmalade. We made a bit too much last year and have a few jars left. These appear to have gone slightly darker in colour. Will they still be ok to eat and how long in general would you say that the marmalade keeps for.

Hello Sara,
I’m not sure why they have changed colour but yes they should be fine. Marmalade will keep for several years in a cool, dark place.
