I use Gluten Free Flour for all cake recipes and would like to know if I'd need to change the quantities in Delia's recipes. That goes for baking powder and baking soda as well.

Hello Jacky,
We tested all of the cakes in Delia’s cakes book using GF substitutes and 90% of them worked really well. Some of the biscuits needed a spot more liquid but we didn’t make any other adjustments.
