

Hi Lindsey, as I only have navel orange trees, can I follow Delia's Seville Orange marmalade recipe using the navels? Also regarding the Lemon marmalade recipe, if I added fresh ginger root to it, would it cause a problem to the balance of ingredients? If not, how much ginger should I use and at what stage do I add it to the pot. Sorry for the long question.

For the orange marmalade, as they are sweet oranges I would use this recipe..
Suntina Marmalade
For the lemon and ginger marmalade I’d try a heaped teaspoon of chopped fresh ginger to the lemon (or lemon and lime) marmalade and I would stir it into he pot when it’s set but still boiling hot.
