Worried about Hot and Sour Prawns
I have made the hot and sour recipe using lemons instead of limes. After 24 hours of being in the fridge I thought I'd try a little to see how it was going. It was brilliant if a little too hot for my liking - I'll just cut down on the tabasco next time. Now after 48 hours if has become a bit of a gooey mush with prawns in. What have I done wrongly please.
