I have been looking at info' about the "Mediterranean Diet" and need a little advice. The online site I looked at was generally helpful, except when it described serving sizes. For milk or yoghurt it just said 'one cup', but failed to suggest a weight/volume, doing the same when it mentioned "loose leafy vegetables". I looked this up on the internet, but found that it seems to differ, depending on which part of the world you are in.
Would you please let me know which measures are generally used in the U.K. also, am I right to assume that the cup of "loose and leafy veg" means that it is not to be tightly packed?
