gelatine in place of powdered?

Yes you can use gelatin leaves instead. Use the amount required to set 570mls of liquid. Which is probably 4 leaves but check the packet.
Soak the leaves in cold water, heat up the lemon and lime juice in a small saucepan, strain and squeeze out the excess water from the gelatin and stir it into the hot juice until it dissolves.
Then I would whisk the yolks, zest and sugar together before whisking in the gelatin mix and then continue as per the recipe whisking over simmering water for 10 minutes.
