A slightly belated Happy New Year Lindsey
At Christmas for the first time I made the ham palmier biscuits and the crostades. Both went down really well, we all enjoyed them and i think there were only about six in total left over! I had some pastry left over so made a few sweet palmiers and they were good. We managed to squeeze them in after the main course, after the sticky toffee puddings and after the home made truffles. We had them with the espresso coffee.
I just thought I'd let you know.

Dear Wendy,
A very Happy New Year to you too.
Sounds like your had a very busy kitchen over Christmas.
Your sweet Palmier Biscuits sound lovely. I’m sure they would be great with ice cream too.
We were in France for Christmas so it was Pâté, Fruits de Mer, Capon and Bûche de Noël for us.
All the very best,
Lindsey x
I've not been able to ask questions lately using the tablet and I just want to see if it works doing a reply but also to comment on your Christmas dinner it sounded really tasty, our main course was lamb and roast potatoes.
