I always make Delia's Light Christmas pudding a few weeks in advance and freeze it but have left it a bit late this year. Should I make it tomorrow (Thursday and freeze it and then defrost Saturday ready for Sunday, or shall I make it Christmas Eve ( Saturday) and store it until Sunday. How do I store it? - I have never made a steamed pudding ( not Xmas) and not eaten it straight away before. Many thanks, Dawn Elliott
