Can I make the parsnip puree with creme fraiche in advance and freeze it
You can freeze parsnip puree.
This recipe has quite a lot of crème fraiche so I would make the puree with a tablespoon of crème fraiche (and if necessary a little of the steaming water) and when cold freeze it in a lidded freezer box. Then defrost overnight in the fridge and reheat in a saucepan then add the remaining ‘amount’ of crème fraiche towards the end.
